Based just off Hove Beach on the south coast of England, I have always been too well aware of the changing tides, which create an ever-evolving seafront - to be enjoyed but also respected for the risks they bring.
After more than 30 years in payment, technology and not-for-profit sectors, I have seen first hand the challenges organisations face with reduced staff, time pressures, evolving landscape and constant need to drive efficiency while moving forward at pace.
Like the tides, these pressures shift daily. They ebb and flow. They evolve. Yet they are constant, just like the ever-growing list of priorities demanding attention.
